Entry into this Campaign is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. The 1000 Mile Travel Group Pty Ltd, of Level 24, 307 Queen Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000, Australia is the promoter of this Campaign (Promoter). The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time in its absolute discretion and without notice.
Eligibility: This Campaign is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years old at the date they submit an entry into this Campaign. Employees of Corporate Travel Management Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. If you submit an entry, you agree to allow usage of your entry in future Promoter content. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Promoter as final and binding as they relate to this Campaign.
Campaign Period: The campaign commences on 8 June 2026, at 9 AM AEST and ends 22 June 2026 at 9 AM AEST (Campaign Period). All entries must be received by the Promoter before 22 June 2026 at 9 AM AEST.
How to Enter: To enter the Campaign, entrants must, during the Campaign Period:
(a) go to the Campaign landing page, https://go.travelctm.com/1000MTGDream-Escapes-Contest.html and complete the prompt: If you were planning your dream trip to the USA, what would be your must-do experience?; and
(b) complete the entry form by including your name, email and phone number; and
(c) select that you agree to receive marketing communications, travel offers and updates from the Promoter; and
(d) select that you agree to receive promotional communications from sponsors associated with the Campaign; and
(e) confirm that you have read and agree to the Campaign Terms and Conditions and the Promoter Privacy Policy.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid. Entries that do not adhere to these terms and conditions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise, including those entries not received by the Promoter.
You may only enter the Campaign once during the Campaign Period. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter may disqualify any entry that contains material which is offensive, defamatory, misleading, unlawful, infringes third party rights, or is otherwise unsuitable for publication.

Prize: There will be one winner of the Campaign (Winner). The Prize consists of three travel components arranged by the respective Campaign sponsors: Royal Caribbean, United Airlines, and Hilton (collectively, the Prize). The Royal Caribbean prize includes a 7-night Caribbean cruise for two guests in a Balcony Stateroom, twin share. Travel must be booked and sailed before 31 December 2026. The Royal Caribbean prize does not include international or domestic airfare, ground transportation, shore excursions, beverages, gratuities, travel insurance, personal expenses, medical services or any other onboard incidentals. Cruise itinerary and sailing dates are subject to availability and Royal Caribbean booking conditions. The United Airlines prize includes one return economy flight for one traveller from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide to any destination on the United Airlines USA network, operated by United Airlines or United Express only. Travel is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply, including during school holidays and public holidays in the relevant Australian departure state. The Winner is responsible for all visas, travel insurance, taxes, government charges and any additional expenses associated with travel. The Hilton prize includes a 3-night stay at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills in a Corner Junior Suite with daily breakfast for two guests included. Blackout dates apply and bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. The Hilton prize is valid until 30 April 2027. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. All Prize-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.
The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination or as part of the Prize.
Subject to the unclaimed Prize clause, if for any reason the Winner does not take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry verbiage for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value and reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole (or any of its components). The Winner must engage 1000 Mile Travel Escapes to co-ordinate their booking of the Prize. Any additional content booked may incur a service fee.
Winner Selection and Notification: This Campaign is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winner. Each entry will be individually judged; the criteria for judging includes, amongst other things, the originality, creative merit and relevance of the answer to the question.
The judging will be conducted on 22 June 2026 at 12:00pmAEST at Level 24, 307 Queen Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000, Australia. All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding on each entrant, no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries which they deem to be next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The Winner will be notified by email and telephone, within 5 business days of the decision being made. The Winner must confirm that they are able to travel on the dates specified.
If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return the requisite paperwork in the specified timeframe, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
Any new Winner will be notified in writing within two business days of selection.
The Promoter shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Rights Granted by You: By entering this Campaign you understand and agree that the Promoter, anyone acting on behalf of the Promoter and the Promoter’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Jurisdiction: This Campaign is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, you agree that, in the event of any dispute regarding the Campaign, the decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
